Definition
Apps keep login tokens in the Keychain (Android has the Keystore). Because Keychain items can outlive the app, a reinstalled app may still find an old token.
In practice
After deleting and reinstalling the app, it greets you with the previous user's name because the old token was still in the Keychain.
