Three amigos
A short meeting where product, development and testing review a story together before work starts.
Definition
It often happens during or just before backlog refinement. Each role brings a different view: what's needed, how to build it, and how it could break. Testers' questions about edge cases often change the story before any code is written.
In practice
In a 15-minute three amigos session, the tester asks what happens to a paused workout after a phone call, and a new criterion is added.
