Entitlement
The record of what a user has paid for and until when, ideally kept on the server.
Definition
Apps check entitlements to unlock features. Bugs appear when the entitlement isn't updated after renewal, cancellation or refund.
In practice
Premium should end when the entitlement expires on 15 November, not stay unlocked forever.
