HAR file
A file that records every network request and response a web page made.

Browsers can export a HAR (HTTP Archive) file from the DevTools Network tab. Attaching one to a bug report lets developers see exactly which requests failed. It can contain cookies and tokens, so share it carefully.
In practice
The checkout fails only for you. You export a HAR file, and the developer sees a 500 from the tax service.
