Kanban
A way of managing work as a continuous flow across a board, often with limits on work in progress.
Definition
Unlike Scrum, Kanban has no fixed sprints. Work moves across columns like To do, In progress, In test and Done, and limits stop too much piling up in one column.
In practice
The 'In test' column has a limit of 3, so developers help test before starting new work.
