Scrum
A popular agile framework where a team works in short sprints with fixed roles and meetings.
Definition
Scrum organizes work into sprints, with roles (product owner, scrum master, developers including testers) and events (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, retrospective). Work is pulled from a prioritized product backlog.
In practice
Every morning the team has a 15-minute daily scrum where the tester mentions that the new filter screen is blocked by a crash.
