Agile
A way of building software in small, frequent increments with constant feedback.
Definition
Agile is a set of values and principles for developing software iteratively, delivering small working pieces often and adapting to change. Testers in agile teams work alongside developers from the start of each feature rather than at the end of the project.
In practice
Instead of releasing a whole banking app after a year, the team releases a working login and balance screen in month one, then adds transfers, then cards.
