Execution status
Also called: Test status, Test result
The result recorded for a test case in a run: Passed, Failed, Blocked, Retest, Skipped or Untested.
Definition
Passed means the actual result matched the expected one. Failed means it didn't, because of a defect in the product. Blocked means the case could not be run because something outside it is broken or missing. Retest means a linked bug was fixed and the case must be run again. Skipped or Not applicable means it was deliberately not run. Untested means nobody has run it yet. Exact names vary between tools.
In practice
Login passed, the coupon case failed, and the card payment case is blocked because the payment sandbox is down.
