A bug that happens again every time you follow the same steps.
Definition
A bug is reproducible when following specific steps reliably triggers it. Reproducible bugs are much easier to fix. For intermittent bugs, testers note how often it happens (for example 3 out of 10 tries) and any conditions that seem related.
In practice
"The app crashes every time you rotate the phone while the video is loading" is reproducible. "It crashed once yesterday" is not yet.
