The local time of a region. Bugs appear when apps mix up the user's time zone with the server's.
Definition
Servers often store times in UTC while users see local time. Converting between them causes bugs around midnight, daylight saving changes and travel. Testers change the device time zone to catch them.
In practice
A booking made at 23:30 in Belgrade shows up on the next day in the app because the server stored it in UTC and the app displayed it without converting.
