Usability testing
Checking how easy and pleasant the product is for real people to use.
Definition
Usability testing evaluates whether users can achieve their goals effectively, efficiently and with satisfaction. It often involves watching real users try tasks and noting where they get confused. Testers also flag usability issues they notice during normal testing.
In practice
Five users are asked to change their delivery address. Three of them cannot find the option because it is hidden inside "Account > Other".
